This is the first time I've purchased anything; I ordered two different pairs of boots, they were dispatched promptly and delivered well within the time stated. I ordered size 8, one pair was too lose, the other pair was too tight. If this was a story of the 3 pairs (excuse my pun) no doubt the 3rd pair would be just right... That not being the case, I looked for the return information which was easy to find and the process was even easier, the company provided a print at home return label and I returned them. My refund was very prompt too, back in my account (less the postage) faster than estimated. I'm still trying to find a pair of boots but the experience was pleasan, well done.
