My husband really likes the coat I bought him but the delivery times and communication was disappointing to say the least, I ordered on 20th August, on the 3rd September I emailed to say where is it, to be told that their supplier had sent the wrong item. I emailed again on the 9th to see what was happening and was then told on the 10th that it had been finally dispatched to me. Kind of puts you off ordering from Hollands when you have to wait that long, a shame as some lovely stuff on the website!
