Good service re:ordering but longer than expected wait for arrival of order,however, once contacted by me regarding the delay I was informed of the reason for this and from then on to delivery of my parcel I was kept informed and treated with courtesy, customer services were most helpful .However ,when jacket arrived it was too big and needed to be returned and the ladies in customer services were most helpful in their instructions on how to return the parcel and all was well.I have placed a new order with the company and have confidence that all will be well.
