I've been asked to provide a revirew so here it is. First time customer. Not a great experience. Initially pleased with the jacket then discovered a stitching fault. The return system is very protracted. I sent the item back and it is stuck in a Manchester Royal Mail hub for nearly two months. Hollands Clothing customer service have made no effort to see why it is stuck. They told me they will just wait. I don't think the parcel is going to turn up. I have had to ask customer services to contact the post office and speed up my return. Surely Hollands Clothing should have done this already. I'm a bit suspicious of the name on the customer service email and the standard email replies to me. I've paid for the jacket and have no jacket .
