Ordered some lovely long leather country boots, unfortunately they were obviously not fully waterproof all the way up rhe leg, astheyhad no gore tex or similar lining, although advertised as waterproof.
Returned and refunded minus £4 return fee.
Maybe a check os needed on yhe wording or descriptions? Surprised at the cost of return as most places send a pre paid return slip or barcode.
