Ordering was straightforward and I opted for the two-day DPD service at extra cost. I feel misled because, on speaking to a member of staff, I was told you can take 3 to 6 days to prepare the order for collection by DPD. The unexpected wait created unnecessary uncertainty of delivery. Better to state real delivery time.
