Amazing company and staff! Couldn't do enough when I realised I'd forgotten to use the £10 off code they'd kindly sent me on a previous order. I emailed customer services thinking I would get the standard response 'sorry but it can only be used at point of purchase'. To my total joy and ashtonisment, they gave me a £10 refund without any issue. Absolutely supperb and BIG shout out and thank you to Melissa and Hannah - outstanding customer service! This is no ordinary big corp don't care company and their goods are fantastic!
