My first experience of Holland Country Clothing was generally a good one . However I was disappointed when returning my online order . I tried on several occasions to return with the exchange option as I wanted a smaller size . After several attempts I decided just to return for a refund . I would normally have then just reordered a smaller size but having to pay for delivery to return this was then not feasible . I think I would be more inclined to shop there again if free delivery and returns was an option . Unfortunately for me I won’t be shopping there again . Having to pay for any potential returns is just a cost I can’t afford to factor in
