I bought a jumper and socks on 2/12/24 to avoid the Christmas rush, the site was fine, the family story heart warming but the delivery time ridiculous. Not five to seven days as stated eighteen days today. Every other item I purchased on that day and there were plenty arrived within a few days. No notification of delays, apology, I had to enquire myself. I was ready to buy a whole load more and decided against it, I could not see it arriving before Christmas. Your service let you down!!
