Not happy with overall customer service and prices. More expensive than other places such as Rona and Canadiantire. The pro desk is useless. I had some points collected under my Pro account after spending 20 grand purchase. After sometime not using it was stolen/disappeared from my account which is a huge scam. This never happened to me in any other place/account.
