I purchased 2 vanities. Same color, different sizes. Opened one today and it is the wrong color. Called HD who said the most help they can offer for THEIR mistake is 10% of the cost. Now, I have no use of a vanity while I wait on their delivery sub to pick up the wrong one. Then I had to purchase the right one which is scheduled a week to 12 days out. I had a similar experience with Wayfair. They let me keep the wrong item and discounted the one they sent that was correct. Guess where I will be shopping from here on out!
