Worst ever. Will never deal with Home depot again. 10 calls about an order never shipped yet they say it was. Courier said never received it. Getting a refund is slow and time consuming. Customer service reps are nice enough and sympathetic but they all say the exact same thing with promises that never happen. Once I receive a full refund I will delete my account and shred my HD credit card.
