on July 31st I was sent an email and phone call saying that there was going to be a delivery on August 1st. When I looked up all my orders online I couldn't find it and I had scheduled all of our deliveries for Tuesdays. The order number 06914xxxx74 didn't register on any of my accounts. With Friday being the start of the long weekend, my family had to wait around and change our plans incase something did show up. I called customer service to find out what was going on and that was a waste of my time. I had to speak to three (3) separate people and repeat my story three (3) times and still no luck. I finally asked for the manger, (next review) and it tuned out that someone had written down the phone number wrong and the order wasn't even mine. I even received a call on how the delivery went, too funny! Nothing ever did show up but my weekend was ruined as it took me, what seemed like hours just to straighten out an error that Home depot made and then the delivery that never existed in thew first place.
