We bought a refrigerator and paid $25 for the door swings! When the refrigerator was delivered, the doors were not swung! The driver said he would do it. But later he said he did not have the right tools. He told us to call to arrange! I called the Home Depot store. The guy who answered just blamed the driver lazy! I ended up calling the customer service myself to arrange the work! It was another delivery truck came and the driver did not know what he was required to do! He was reluctantly working on the refrigerator doors! My husband had to remind and help him with the parts! Luckily the doors were done after 45 minutes! I wonder why Home Depot uses delivery drivers to do the handy work? Why I had to pay for an inexperience person to do the job? How come the sale person at Home Depot implied that the job was done in the warehouse but it actually was working in our driveway and later in our house? We are very disappointed with the service of Home Depot! A vey bad experience!!
