order SO686598 and SO687605 items ordered January, waiting for sofa delivery which was due end June , delayed finally arrived in store today. Now told delivery not till next thursday , i have no chairs having expected delivery two weeks ago being disabled this is extremely inconvenient. spoken to customer service a few times today and they tried to help but now say earliest might be tuesday next week but if not thursday. delivery cost £59 and i have to wait a week after having to wait for delayed item. i find it unacceptable not to be able to get delivery this week and having to manage on an uncomfortable chair for another week when if i had known i could have booked delivery in advance. At a cost of £59 i could hire a lift and shift to collect and deliver so i am sure housing unit with their own transport could sort this out.
