Instore we found a great selection of sofas to suit our requirements although we quickly gravitated to the brand and design we had guessed would be ideal for us. The sales lady was so friendly and showed us all the options. She left us to spend time choosing cover material and colour whilst also spending time testing the sofa. We then had a cake and coffee in the adjacent cafe before completing the purchase. We were given an estimated date for delivery which proved to be accurate. We were informed the sofa had arrived in store and were asked to choose our delivery day. On the day we received a phone call to give us time of arrival. The two men assessed the route in would be tight but managed with great care. The whole process was first class.
