Bought a lovely bed from your department and paid our deposit. To take the old one away was very expensive at £175 compared to other firms at £40. not very competitive!! Also booking a time for delivery was not easy as full payment had to be made first which made co-ordinating the old for the new difficult without sleeping on the floor and as we are now getting on a bit very difficult....and not very understanding staff at that!!! Would I purchase again from you...NO
