They did not process my sofa then sent an email to say this. When phoned was fobbed off to be told that they having dinner, meeting or gone home when rang throughout the day. No call back on any call made to them. Then after waiting 3 months was told would be another three months. When requested money back to be then told that they would but would I would not get my deposit back. I was absolutely disgusted as it was not my fault. Really not what I expected when I had already just ordered other items coming to just over 10 thousand in total. Shocking customer service
