I have had previous good purchase and a very bad purchase I wasn’t going to purchase again but I did the staff confirmed so many times for me the item was in stock I collected but got home no bolts in box I was annoyed to say the least the lady I rang who sorted the bolts out and had posted out was brilliant and I got the bolts really quickly just like she said I would she and the others who helped me with my purchase is why I may purchase again
