I received my order of 2 baskets totally damaged. Not HS & L fault I’m sure. I took photos and notified them immediately asking for a refund and an address to return the damaged items to. Heard nothing, other than 3 text messages saying, “WOOHOO your order is on its way”. No one has had the courtesy to respond to my email. No customer service at all, would never purchase from them again. Customer service is paramount!
