I ordered some intercooler piping from HSP and it came in with some sharp burrs on it that would cut the silicone boots anddd came with the wrong intercooler boot, needless to say I called and expressed my thoughts, I’ve worked with metal for a while so burrs are not uncommon to me but the ladies and gentlemen at HSP stand behind their product and I had a new silicone boot and clamps overnighted to me the next day to finish a project and they through in a T shirt which is one of the softest and feels amazing. They are expensive but not having to worry about fitment and warranty issues is worth it in the end. Thanks, Carter A. Dallas, TX
