Customer service was great however, I had the studs on my Y bridge pull the threads out and with that being said HSP was Jonny on the spot !!! MIKE called me after my unfortunate issue he took the time to actually read my review and stop what he was doing to make a phone call to make sure I would have the replacement Y bridge and O-rings expited to replace my faculty one. Thanks Mike from HSP for hitting it out of the ballpark with customer service
