I ordered part on the tuesday never recived them on wednesday phoned in to office to be told they didnt have them in stock 10 mins later i received an email tell me that my order was on it way and in the email it showing all in stock as when i check on line when i order it was all showing in stock i had a major account customer let down and shouting down the phone at me he went to another company for the machines and my depot has year hire all cause we couldnt get 1 x 1" brass fitting from your comapny so as you can see i am not very happy with the service i never got an email or phone call to say any of the items were out stock
