I must admit that 2 years ago I wouldn't of touch hts just because the time it took to look through the books get the code then look in another book to get price but then came along roxley who actually listened took this on board and got me log in details to the website were all our prices and everything was there and just fron listening with this making ordering spares that much simpler I order 99% of them through HTS the other 1% I ring roxley 1st to make sure I haven't missed it off the website but roxley you really a credit to hts and without you I wouldnt be ordering from hts
