I regularly Purchase from HTS with complete satisfaction, however, I had to contact them to chase an order and the phone was answered by Tianna Knappett, this lady is probably the most focused, professional and dedicated sales person I have ever dealt with, not only did Tianna know what my order was before I had even told her, Tianna then went to the Warehouse to make sure I got my order the next day, Tianna then kept me informed of the current status and when I arrived in the office this Morning, Tianna then phoned me to make sure it had arrived as planned and even sent me images when it had arrived.
