Cruise cancelled 6 days before departure,(Friday late afternoon) had to wait for a time on telephone on the Saturday morning , eventually spoke to Jess who dealt with the call,professionally and friendly.result managed to book on another cruise for 2 weeks later . Only gripe received an automated email asking us to pay a balance , so I rang again to clarify . All sorted.
