All other agents i have used over the years have provided me with comprehensive details of my booking within two days. They provide flight details, cruise details, hotel details, transfer details...etc. I have had to phone and be in a queue for a long while when I want find anything out. I've never had to do that in the past because all the information has been sent to me. My wife and I are treating ourselves to club class seats on the flights but I've had no confirmation of this. I have the flight details but not confirmation of club class. I am paying agency fees but I'm having to do all the work. We shan't use them again. I will point out that the times I have phoned, the agent I have spoken to has been very helpful on each occasion.
