Iglu booking ref 1326122 cruise to Japan Decided not to go and advised company to change lead passenger to Mrs S Sears my partner,also paid to have documents sent by post.My partner found someone else to accompany her.Heard nothing more until I start receiving tel calls and emails from Japan at 5am in the morning.Reason,Iglu did not change contact details from me to Mrs Sears.Pick up taxi problems at Tokyo airport etc.Total mess up,would never use Iglu again and report on Trip advisor etc. Thanks but no thanks.
