As of today I have received 0 orders. Have had to contact customer support by phone so many times to get 0 response. Finally posted an angry response on Facebook and got a message through messenger. Was told both orders were being shipped out. Had to follow up again. Now hit email saying order “lost in transit “ This was suppose to be for Easter and doubt I’ll see it by then. Had done a 6 month subscription but am thinking about canceling because I don’t want to have to track this every month. The website for “check your order” has provided zero help as well
