We received a 6 month subscription as a gift from a family member. I was annoyed that we were asked to pay for the shipping. I feel this should have been included in the cost our family member paid for the subscription. The family member was not aware that the shipping wasn't included. The kits are very cute, and my kids enjoy them. Our order processes on the 28th of each month but doesn't arrive for over 2 weeks later. It's frustrating because our first box arrived within days of being processed. For example our order 'was cooking' on 2/28, notification 'ready to ship' was sent 3/11, our box didn't arrive until 3/20. This month our order 'was cooking' on 3/28, I received a notification 'ready to ship' 4/8, and the order has not yet shipped. I doubt it will be here by Easter, which is this month's box theme. I wouldn't renew our subscription because it's sort of expensive and shipping takes forever.
