The 2 kits I ordered took forever to get to my house. It took 3 emails and phone calls to try to find out what was happening. Customer service kept telling me that my email was very important and they would respond; they never did. After the third attempt, customer service emailed me back and included a telephone number which, theoretically, they would respond to. As I was about to call again, the boxes finally arrived. My grandson enjoyed cooking the volcano cakes. However, I was so frustrated by the lack of response from customer service that I doubt I will order from this company again.
