Having recently started using flip charts to assist training, rather than PowerPoint, the engagement has been greatly increased. The feedback from trainees on how the visual flips, even with my attempts at drawing, have been really encouraging. This couldn't have been achieved without the Neuland markers, the inspiration of Neuland ambassador #BenjaminFelis and the great help from #InkyThinking.
