Awful service. Very unprofessional and rude! Playing with people's patience and good attitude. They don't deserve to speak with them in a good manner. Waiting for one lift to be repaired from months! Not only but also we started to have rats around the building and in the building due to the bad management of the cleaners. Ignoring the health and safety of all residents in this building. Shameful! VERY SHAMEFUL ! This company transformed beautiful development into a landfill as they are too incompetent to deal with it. Many of the residents have started to move out because of them! We all make constant calls and send them emails but consensus wasn't achieved with their manipulative and lazy staff. And I am afraid that we will never achieve it. The only phrases they know are these : * We are still waiting for update* FULL DISASTER!! -948484747483 is the rating that this property management deserves. I have no idea how it still exists. I hope that one day they reach in a court and finally take responsibility!!
