This company is a JOKE!
Once they have the management of your units, they will actively increase the service charge thus devaluing your property. A disgrace. The owner, David Poppleton is a 'shark'. I have not met him personally but several of my colleagues have and none have a good word to say about him nor his business ethics. "Fill your pockets" is his moto.
Avoid this company at all costs.
