Avoid IPM – At All Cost - Terrible Property Management Service I strongly advise against engaging Inspire Property Management (IPM) for managing your estate. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. The estate manager, Pia, took months to even begin addressing a basic issue with no resolution in sight. They seem entirely unequipped to handle any maintenance work, as they don’t even have their own handyman or workers. Worse still, they owe money to contractors, and as a result, contractors refuse to complete jobs until they’re paid, leaving residents stuck with unresolved problems. Pia, in particular, has displayed a complete lack of work ethic. Her response time and management skills are shockingly inadequate. It is clear that IPM does not take its responsibilities seriously, and I would highly recommend never engaging them for your property management needs. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
