This urn was perfect beyond expectations. It’s gorgeous, and perfect and immaculately looks just like my sweet baby. I’m beyond happy with what I received. I order it a week or so before Christmas and paid for 3 day shipping (I think) and got it right on time. I was called and emailed throughout the process to make sure the writing was right and the picture I submitted was edited to my liking. The entire process was a breeze. I cannot put into words how perfect this urn set up is. I could not be happier with it.
