Unfortunately, in the last 5 years, I have lost 4 close family members and have/am purchasing many keepsake urn items. Service and quality have been excellent. The one disappointment is the discontinued vendor of one item in particular that I wanted to continue using. It's too bad another vendor of the same item could not have been located.
