Sometimes words do not give the complete credit a person is searching for to give. I will try though. The absolute care and concern this business put forth in our time of this need was without question, astonishing! There was always a sense of real customer concern with us. There was a small issue due to "shipping handling" that In The Light Urns took care of without question and a new urn was sent overnight. There was there no fault in the packaging!
