I ordered the urn nameplate with photo and the jewelry heart urn with photo. Both were awesome. I especially liked mockup photos sent to me for my approval first so there was no surprises or disappointment after the items arrived. The only disappointment was the jewelry urn "fill kit". In my estimation, that was worthless. First off, when you scoop out some ashes not all of them are real fine powder. Secondly, the fill funnel did not fit in the access hole of the jewelry urn and even if it did, the ashes do not just slide in there. Consequently, you need one hand to hold the jewelry, one hand to hold the funnel and a second person to scoop up ashes and try to pour in funnel. That did not work so we tried just rolling a piece of paper into a funnel and placing it in the jewelry opening. That didn't work either. Finally, holding the jewelry urn over a piece of paper to catch the mess, we used a teaspoon to scoop up some ashes, held it close above the jewelry and then used a tooth pick to slide ashes into the opening and then packed them down with the toothpick. A wooden matchstick would have worked too. After it was full, we poured the loose ashes on the paper back into the big urn. That worked for us and my wife is very happy with the jewelry urn and very comforting knowing she has some of our daughters ashes with her always.
