BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I really like the urn except one thing it's not big enough. It should have been big enough to hold 185 lb mans ashes but it didn't. Update: when I wrote this review I wasn't looking for a resolution to the issue as I knew his body was bloated and possibly the reason all the ashes didn't fit, however, in the light urns has such amazing customer service that they reached out to me and offered a wonderful resolution to the situation. I have never had such amazing customer service with any company I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend In The Light Urns as they go above and beyond which is great when you are already dealing with a devastating situation.
