I called the customer service line initially and the representative was so helpful, reassuring me that the large amount of cremains of our loved one, would fit in the urn that we wanted. After ordering the Urn, I received a timely correspondence via e-mail regarding proof of address that I needed to send in so that you could ship the Urn to a different state than my billing address. It was shipped on time, and the quality of the urn and the picture that we chose for the crystal was amazing. It looked beautiful on the table at the spiritual service and the celebration of life.
