I want to say that my experience is beyond exceptional. When I lost my mother I struggled finding something beautiful that could represent what she mean to us. My urn came in less hay 48 hours! (I live in California, I don’t know how long would take for other states). I thought the engraving was going to be small, but is actually a very nice size. The details are beautiful! One thing I need to say, and is that if you feel uncomfortable with a lid moving, reconsider the option. I guess we can glue the lid, but it doesn’t have anything to keep it sealed. Personally, I don’t mind, but in my culture, people is not comfortable seeing human remains. I am very pleased with my purchase and gives a tender look to my altar.
