In the Light Urns has excellent customer service. They not only addressed a minor technical issue but added a bonus perk to my order for the inconvenience – I spoke with the owner Susan personally. The graphic designer worked with me on the design revisions of my urn to get it as perfect as possible within the template. They walk it like they talk it in their blog. My dad passed away at 101 and the memorial specialist was interested in knowing a bit of his story – she cared. She understood that although they fulfill a plethora of orders daily, the loss of my dad was a first for me. He loved classic cars, especially old Cadillacs.
