Amazing customer service, I was able to pay an expedite fee to ensure my father’s urn arrived timely. Upon doing such I began tracking my purchase and discovered it was still not going to arrive in time. I called your customer service team and they immediately prepared a new white soaring Eagle urn and put it in next mail. It arrived and it looked beautiful and “Amazing!” Thank you again.
