Their after-sales team is impeccable and made us feel secure in ensuring we were satisfied! Couldn't recommend them more! PRIOR: We pondered long on the type of urn, we'd like for our dad, and when we chanced upon the toast bottles, we thought it would be the perfect keepsake. We're happy with the finish, however, we are a little disappointed as we expected the name to stand out (just like the sample), perhaps in a larger font but it did not. There was no place to change the font size either.
