The urn itself is very beautiful and nice quality wood. The 3D crystal is thick and very heavy not cheap looking at all. Communication and delivery was excellent and fast. Only thing I didn’t like was the crystal slides very easier and because I have a nosey cat I had to put 2 drops of hot glue on the bottom of the crystal to keep in place. Worked perfectly and you can’t even tell it’s glued.
