I ordered an urn for my husband who passed away suddenly (and far too young). Not a pleasant task to search for and urn and I had an added challenge in finding something suitable to honor his Scottish nationality. I was pleased with the simplicity of the Thistle design urn. The black part looks a little "plasticky", but I thought it was very simple (which I wanted) and I was overall pleased. So much so, that I ordered a duplicate for my brother-in-law and his family, as we split his ashes to return to Scotland. The speed of In The Light Urns was remarkable, and the engraving is perfect. I would highly recommend this vendor.
