I ordered an urn that I didn’t receive in time for my sons funeral. It said it was delivered so I have to assume it got sent to the wrong address. They reached out and refunded me even though I didn’t have the item to return. It definitely turned a difficult experience into a better one. I appreciate all they did to make this time easier for me.
