The order process and shipping of our order was quick. However, I did not receive a shipment confirmation or tracking number when the item was shipped, so I was surprised when I got home and the urn had been delivered (not that this is a terrible thing). The reason I didn't give this review 5 stars is because the infant urn we ordered indicated that it would hold the ashes of up to an 8-lb infant. Our precious granddaughter weighed under 2 pounds, yet all of her ashes would not fit in this urn as the urn was extremely small. UPDATE: In the Light Urns reached out, apologized for the inconvenience, and immediately shipped out a larger urn with overnight delivery at no charge. I was not expecting this level of service and was overjoyed with their initiative to make our shopping experience pleasant, especially in light of the grief that our family is experiencing. Because of this level of service, I would highly recommend In the Light Urns for anyone looking for a compassionate company who will go above and beyond.
