Very good customer service. First order arrived damaged by carrier and was missing components. A new order was placed for me with next day shipping and the replacement was as expected. The companion water pillow was really heavy and started to buckle and I was so worried it was going to immediately sink but it floated for about a minute before it gracefully sunk into the ocean.
